Aotea Wanaka’s back bone is project work. Whether it be a family home, a large architectural build, a commercial building, supermarket, swimming pool or school we have the skill set to deliver.

We are often approached from builders to work with them through the initial budgeting to see if a project is viable. Once we know the numbers work we then design, specify and quote. The next stage involves getting any specified systems designed and certified then through to QLDC for sign off. This could be Fire Alarms, Emergency and Exit lighting, Heating/Cooling or Carpark lighting. We rely on our in-house specialists to produce the necessary technical information for local authorities. Communication is key through this process as a missed detail can cost money and time.

Examples of our Project Electrical Design and build capabilities would be the Wanaka Community Hub, Wanaka Watersports Facility and very recently Fresh Choice Lake Hawea. We have great impartial electrical product knowledge and can find a plan and design to suit any budget.
